Located in the mid-belt of the Cauca River in the northwestern region of Colombia.

Extraction Fleet: Reduction of Dumper equipment idling, equivalent to 10% of engine hours.

The VIBOT in the equipment cabin generates a visual and audible alert for the operator to turn off the equipment after 5 minutes.

The 10% reduction already pays for the Mine-watch system.

EL LIMÓN MINE

The El Limón-Guajes (ELG) mine is one of the largest gold producers in Mexico.

Torex drilling fleet: Reduction in breakdowns of Jumbo and Bolter drilling machines.

With a wireless pressure and temperature sensor in the oil line, it generates an audible and visual alert in the cabin to indicate the need for preventive maintenance.

Replacing a drilling machine costs over 10,000 USD, while preventive maintenance costs around 1,000 USD.
